Viewing Your Projects

There are three places to see projects you are assigned to:

Dashboard

Your main Dashboard shows project cards for every project you belong to. Each card displays the project name, type, and content counts (Screenplay Words, Assets, Shots, Videos). Use the Search your projects... box to filter the cards, and click any project card to open it.

Projects Page

The Projects page provides an extended view with the same project cards plus management actions. To open it:

  1. From the Dashboard, click Projects in the header or navigate to the Projects page
  2. Use the Search projects field to filter by name

Each project card shows:

  • Project name and type (e.g., Narrative)
  • Content counts for Screenplay Words, Assets, Shots, and Videos
  • Activity (30 days) chart displaying recent activity
  • Action buttons: Manage Members, Project Settings, and Delete Project (visible based on your role)

Profile Page

Your Profile page lists all projects you are currently assigned to. To view it:

  1. Click your account icon in the top-right corner of any page
  2. Select Profile
  3. Scroll down to the Assigned Projects section

Managing Project Members

If you have the appropriate role (Admin or Supervisor), you can add and remove members from projects.

Adding Members to a Project

  1. On the Projects page, find the project you want to manage
  2. Click the Manage Members button on the project card
  3. The Manage Members dialog opens, showing the Current Members list at the top
  4. In the Add Members section, check the box next to each user you want to add
  5. Confirm to add the selected users

Removing Members from a Project

  1. On the Projects page, click Manage Members on the project card
  2. In the Current Members list, find the member you want to remove
  3. Click the X button next to their name
  4. Click the X button again to confirm the removal

The two-click confirmation prevents accidental removals.

Project Settings

Admins can change a project's settings, including renaming it:

  1. On the Projects page, click the Project Settings button on the project card
  2. Update the project name or other settings
  3. Save your changes

Deleting a Project

Admins can delete projects:

  1. On the Projects page, click the Delete Project button on the project card
  2. Review the confirmation dialog, which shows the project name
  3. Confirm to delete

Troubleshooting

I don't see the Manage Members button You need an Admin, Writer Supervisor, or Artist Supervisor role. Regular members cannot manage project membership. Contact your administrator to update your role.

I can't see a project I should have access to If you are not an Admin, you only see projects you have been explicitly assigned to. Ask your supervisor or an Admin to add you to the project.

I see "No users available for assignment" All organization members are already assigned to this project. New members must first be invited to the organization from the User Management page.

I can't remove a member The member may have active work assignments. Check the warning message for the count of active assignments. Reassign their work first, then try removing them again.
